Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

Our company is searching for a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to add to our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand Clients advertising objectives to define digital communication strategies
  • Closely Coordinate with Creative Team, Development Team, SEM, SEO & SMO teams for project execution
  • Conceptualize & Define Creative & Content briefs with delivery time lines for Websites, Micro-sites, Blogs, posts, Articles & Press Releases
  • Build strategy and structure PPC campaigns by defining keywords & Ad texts
  • Bench mark Conversion & Click Through Rate for key PPC (Google Ad Words) accounts & monitoring them
  • Build a strategy for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Campaigns (SMO) and executing them on all available platforms
  • Attend Review meetings for existing client’s campaigns
  • Good Understanding of dynamic online marketing domain, search market, PPC strategy, social media market
  • Team Management experience with good interpersonal skills Prospecting /Analyze client websites and business situations quickly and accurately drawing on Pitch/managing Inbound Leads and convert them into Sales
  • Should be able to achieve monthly targets in selling services like SEO, SMO, ORM, Media Buying, Google PPC etc
  • Manage sales / day-to-day client relationships through conference calls and presentations
  • Manage a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, social media optimization, and business listing on Google Network. Other networks such as Yahoo, Face book knowledge is an added benefit
  • Working on Corporate Presentation and Corporate Profile for prospective customers
  • Resolving Clients issues related to products, post-sale services, etc. via emails in co-ordination with Technical Department
  • Market Analysis to identify market potential for new opportunities Formulation of Business Expansion Plan & submission of the same to Head Quarter
  • Build strategy, plan and execute marketing & business development strategy
  • Driving teams to achieve revenue targets set for departments across the two regions
  • Providing online media solutions to advertisers
  • Create and enhance senior level relationships with advertisers and agencies

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing 360 degree digital marketing campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords and popular social media outlets
  • Experience in making social media calendars
  • Knowledge of online tools to monitor progress
  • Excellent quantitative skills for analysis and improvisation of digital campaigns
  • Proven track record of digital marketing excellence
  • Knowledge of email marketing
  • Strongly inclined to information tracking & conducting research on internet

QA Analyst

Our company is searching for a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to add to our team. The primary role of the QA Analyst is to ensure that all technical and functional requirements are met and that bugs or defects with the software are identified and resolved.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to map requirements to test cases
  • Develop and document test scenarios and test cases
  • Write software testing plans
  • Implement software test plan
  • Communicate status proactively to the senior members of the team
  • Identify, isolate, report, and track product bugs from discovery to resolution
  • Contribute to constant improvement of software with new features using an Agile style development cycle

Requirements:

  • A BE in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent job experience

Web Designer/Front-end Developer

We are looking for a web-savvy passionate individual with exceptional Web Design and Front-end development skills with extensive experience in coding and deploying web pages.   • Excellent online portfolio of work including examples of concepts and sketches through to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
  • Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite).
