Jai Shrivastav is in the employee DD spotlight this week. He is a Programmer Analyst who joined the Dignitas Digital New Delhi team almost a year ago in February 2018. With two years of work experience under his belt before coming aboard, Jai works for Dignitas Digital because he wanted to use his tech talent on his favorite technology, .NET. The office location was also a key factor, since Jai likes a shorter daily commute to and from work.
Jai says the part of his job he enjoys the most is coding. As he gains work experience and grows, he sees it as “a chance to constantly improve myself.”
Work at Dignitas isn’t always easy. What is the most challenging part of his job? “Understanding the client requirements and providing a perfect solution for it.” said Jai. This is how he keeps our clients happy.
When Jai isn’t coding, he can be found listening to music, watching movies, and enjoying cricket.
